The SIS-DTN working group resolves to request that the CESG/CMC approve an Orange Book project for Compressed Bundle Status Reporting and Custody Signaling; a draft project description is in the CCSDS Framework here (http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/DispFormDraft.aspx?ID=759&Source=http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/AllOpenChartersWithDraftProjects.aspx)

This project will allow ESA to move forward with their proposed mechanisms for bundle accounting / reporting, which though seen as useful to the working group have not been agreed upon by multiple agencies.
