[Sis-dtn] SIS-DTN BPv7 discussions

We decided to use (CBOR length,bundle) encoding for the LTP CLA bundle aggregation.

  *   Fault isolation
  *   Security isolation
  *   Performance (aggregation)

Do we use RFC7122 for the UDP CLA specification?  I think we should do this, will draft some text in the document.
