[Sis-dtn] SBSP discussion w/ SEA-SEC

We’ve also got a short discussion w/ SEA-SEC on the handing over of SBSP for their editing, scheduled for tomorrow 10am EST (Skype info below).  This is for us to review w/ SEA-SEC the changes since the last version they had and work any issues we can; they only just got the document this am (along with all you folks) so I don’t expect there to be much technical discussion.
