[Sis-csi] 2:30 Eastern it is

Attached is a basic picture showing the network connections used for 
CANDOS.  The SCDs in the diagram are "Small Conversion Devices" that 
essential pack bitstreams into UDP packets to ship across the IONet.

I may have jinxed myself when I said I was available at 2:30 today.  I have 
sinced been sentenced to a telecon at 2, followed by a telecon at 3.  I'll 
dial-in to cislunar, if possible.
