[Sis-csi] Telecon tomorrow

OK, I blew it.  I got caught up arguing DTN details.  I haven't seen
anybody post back comments, which I assume means there are none?  If
that's the case then I think the next step is for each of us to go over
the document as a whole and do the revision round that way.
