[SIS-CFDPV1] Draft CFDP B6 White Book - For Finalisation at CCSDS Fall Meetings

I have uploaded the latest draft of the CFDP B6 Book to CWE:

This document should be almost complete. We should have a final check at the CCSDS meeting, resolve the last comments and then have Tomaso asking CESG for Agency Review.
