Sorry about all the details below. It appears that an incorrect external reference in 727.0-B-5 makes the per PDU CRC 4.1 CRC PROCEDURES ambiguous.

727.0-B-5 says about per PDU CRCs:
4.1.3 CRC VALIDATION PROCEDURE
4.1.3.1 The CRC computation algorithm shall be the standard CCSDS Telecommand CRC
algorithm specified in 4.2.1.3 of the CCSDS Telecommand Recommendation (reference [4]).

Unfortunately, reference [4] TC Space Data Link Protocol. Issue 3. Recommendation for Space Data System Standards (Blue Book), CCSDS 232.0-B-3.
has section 4.2.1.3 CLCW Version Number (i.e., does not define a CRC).

Going back through versions of the CFDP Blue Books, I found that 727.0-B-1 had the same content for 4.1.3 and 4.1.3.1, but a different reference.
727.0-B-1 reference [4]
[4] Telecommand Part 2 Data Routing Service. Recommendation for Space Data System Standards, CCSDS 202.0-B-3. Blue Book. Issue 3. Washington, D.C.: CCSDS, June 2001.

202.0-B-3 section 4.2.1.3 Transfer Frame Error Control Field and its subsections define the same CRC as
232.0-B-3 section 4.1.4 FRAME ERROR CONTROL FIELD
more precisely the 16 bit checksum using polynomial in 4.1.4.2.2.

Can 727-B-5 be updated to address this?
