[SIS-CFDPV1] CFDPv1 publication resolution

Tom, here is our resolution requesting publication of the CFDPv1 revisions, this time properly cc'd to the interested mailing lists:

The Space Internetworking Services Area,
CONSIDERING that the CFDP Revisions Working Group has:

*         reviewed the comments arising from Agency Review of Pink Sheets CSCSD 727.0-P-4.2 CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP),

*         reached consensus on the disposition of all such comments,

*         performed coordinated testing between independently developed implementations of the subject revisions to the CFDP specification,

*         determined that the results of this testing indicate that the specification revisions can be implemented in a correct and consistent manner, and

*         agreed that the subject revised specification is ready for publication,

RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve publication of CSCSD 727.0-B-5 "CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP)" Issue 5,
RECOMMENDS that the CESG/CMC approve this resolution and, finally
REQUESTS that CESG and CMC polls be conducted to accomplish this.
