[SIS-CFDPV1] RE: [Sis-dtn] CCSDS Notification -- Renew / Retire / Update SCPS-TP specification in CCSDS

I agree with renewing or retiring, but am leaning towards retirement as I doubt that we'll need to do anything significant to SCPS. Its name and utility is known, so as long as future users have access to the archived standard, we should be alright.

I also would agree with either renewing or retiring the SCPS-TP specification.

If we would choose "renewing", I concur with Scott, and in addition I think that we have any applicable mission plans in current or future as "yardstick".
