Hi. The outcome of the AMS WG meetings at Plymouth early this month, together with some subsequent discussions with Bob, is that we've worked out a schedule for addressing the findings of CESG Poll on the final AMS specification. Here's the plan at this point:
August 1, 2010: David Edell finishes updates to the AMS Green Book, delivers book to the Area Director for review. Once any necessary revisions have been made, the Area Director forwards the Green Book to the Secretariat for editing and CESG poll.
September 2010: Scott Burleigh finishes editorial changes to the AMS Red Book, delivers book to the Area Director for review.
November 2010: Tim Ray and Pat Donahue begin the supplemental AMS development needed in order to do the additional AMS interoperability testing that is required.
Early February 2011: Tim, Pat, David, and Scott finish the remaining AMS interoperability tests.
March 2011: David finishes updating the AMS Interoperability Test Report and combining it with the AMS Interoperability Test Plan into a single AMS Yellow Book, which is delivered to the Area Director.
April 2011: Once any necessary revisions have been made to the Red and Yellow Books, the Area Director forwards them to the Secretariat for editing and CESG poll.
Note that there are some new procedural steps in here which I may not have gotten completely right, so some further tweaking is likely.
Scott
