[Sis-ams] Updated AMS Green Book Draft

All,

I've posted an updated version of the AMS Green Book to the CWE at http://cwe.ccsds.org/sis/docs/Forms/AllItems.aspx?RootFolder=%2Fsis%2Fdocs%2FSIS-AMS%2FDraft%20Documents%2FGreen%20Book.  This version incorporates additional contributions from Tim Ray (RAMS) and Stuart Fowell (AAMS messaging illustrations).

The last section of the report includes space for the inclusion of "implementation reports" based on individual implementations for any that wish to contribute additional information.

Additionally, the "Transport Service" section can be rounded out if anyone wishes to add details on the usage of, or experiences with, specific transport services for AMS, such as TCP,UDP,DTN,SpaceWire, etc.

Note that the Interoperability Test Plan and Report (located in the "interoperability testing" folder) may also be considered part of the Green Book.
