[Sis-ams] RID resolutions posted

It's only been a few weeks, but I thought I'd ping everyone again to see 
if any thoughts on these four RIDs had come to mind.  No very great 
rush; still, I'd like to get a revised Red Book out to the community by 
the end of January and I will need a bit of lead time for the writing.
