[SEA-XSG] SEA XSG status

Dear XML Standards and Guidelines members,

The SEA XSG will not be meeting during the upcoming CCSDS working meetings.  The slot identified on the calendar, Friday, 12 May, from 1330-1600 will be entirely used by the SANA Steering Group.

It appears that no agency has been willing to put resources into leading or contributing to this effort.  As a result the SIG is being closed, leaving in place the CCSDS URN Namespace RFC 7738, https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7738.  The other draft work done to try and establish a CCSDS XML guideline will be archived in the SEA CWE.

This Sig is officially closed, but the mailing list may be used to discuss XML issues as they arise.
