[SEA-XSG] SEA XSG meeting time

Dear XSG,

We have the meeting room Ambrella assigned for Friday morning.  The primary agenda item is to discuss what we need to do next to define an XML guideline and what resources and expertise may be made available.

The issue, to my mind, is really resources.  Please come prepared to discuss.
