[SEA-TIME] CWE site moving?

Hi Sinda, and Happy New year,

I've received an email from someone named Laura Stafford informing me that the CCSDS CWE site is moving to a Sharepoint platform.  The authentication method asks for access to my phone, which is somewhat suspicious.  Is this legitimate and is it okay to follow the instructions in her email?
