All,

Please forgive the intrusion, but as the current responsible Area Director
for NTP at the IETF, I just wanted to extend an open invitation to folks to
participate in NTPv5 requirements gathering and protocol definition.

As I'm sure you know, https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/ntp/documents/ lists
the documents in the working group, and the about/ link has mailing list
information.

There is a requirements doc and a protocol doc, each adopted but neither in
"working group last call"; there is still plenty of time to discuss
whatever might be helpful for CCSDS use cases.
