[Sea-time] Time Management meeting April 5

Hello all,

As you may have heard, CCSDS will not be meeting in person this spring. 
This decision was made in consultation with the member agencies and Area 
Directors. They indicated that a significant number of regular meeting 
attendees did not plan to attend. I would like to meet virtually during 
May 9-13.

I would also like to virtually meet April 5 at our usual time. This day 
is about 1/2 way between now and the meeting during the week of May 
9-13. I will send out a calendar invitation. During this meeting, we can 
also plan our schedule for May.
