[Sea-time] No meeting today

As you may know, on March 7 I sent a message about our meeting today, 
April 5. However, I understand that people did not get the calendar 
invitation properly. There was some kind of mix-up with the calendar. I 
apologize for that.

Rather than proceed with meeting with a partial set of folks, I am 
canceling today's meeting. I will follow up later with more information 
about the Green Book status, along with more information about upcoming 
meeting schedule and our plans for developing one or more Blue Books.

Again, sorry for the confusion.
