Hello,

To assist in collecting and processing data for the mission survey, 
Carlyn has prepared a Google Form:

This is publicly available, and you are all welcome to use it when you 
request inputs from your mission personnel. This may be easier than the 
previously suggested Word document. Please proceed in a way that works 
for you. A summary of mission responses so far can be seen at:

Thanks for the good meeting today.  Attached are the minutes. I sent the 
latest Green Book draft in a previous message.  As always, the Green 
Book draft is also in the SEA-TIME CWE in the folder Draft Materials ..

  * Each space agency to detail format of time calibration packets used
    in missions
  * Each space agency to collect data for mission survey
  * Jon to provide spreadsheet template for mission survey
  * Jon to investigate participant from Russia for section 4.3 and
    mission survey
  * Pending Actions from 7/30/2020:
      o Vic Vilnrotter agreed to rework the introduction in Section 5 to
        remove any NASA-specific terminology.
      o Beau Blanding tentatively agreed to write section 7.3,
        spacecraft maneuvers.

Our next meeting is October 29, 2020, 7-9 am PDT (UTC-7). Connection 
information is below. Please note, this meeting is at the usual time in 
the U.S., but the U.S. will still be under Daylight Savings Time (summer

Hi all,

Thanks for the good meeting today.  Attached are the draft minutes. 
Please send any comments/revisions by Nov. 5, after which the minutes 
will be finalized. The draft minutes are also posted to CWE in in the 
Meeting Materials/2020/2020-10-29 Fall Technical Meetings folder.

Attached also is the latest Green Book version. As always, the Green 
Book draft is also in the SEA-TIME CWE in the folder Draft Materials .. 
Green Book draft. Please use this version when providing any edits or 
additional inputs, as this makes it easier to merge changes.

As discussed in the meeting, we are now more formally tracking action 
items. Please be sure to check the action items in the attached minutes.

Based on our discussion today, we will cancel the Nov. 4 meeting and 
concentrate on our action items for a meeting in December.

Our next meeting is Dec. 3, 2020, 7-9 am PST.  Connection information is 
in the email below and in the attached calendar invitation.
