[Sea-time] Fwd: [CCSDS-All] CCSDS Spring 2020 Meetings in Huntsville Cancelled

I'm sure you all know by now that the CCSDS meetings in May are canceled.

We will have a teleconference on April 16 as scheduled, at which I would 
like to discuss how we should handle this.  I suggest 2-3 hour meetings 
on May 6 and 8, the days we were scheduled to meet, but I am open to 
other ideas.  Please think about it and we will discuss on April 16.

Regretfully, it is my responsibility to inform you that the CCSDS 
Technical and CESG Meetings scheduled for May 2020 in Huntsville, 
Alabama have been cancelled. Due to the current health concerns and 
travel restrictions, it will not be possible to meet in person. If you 
have outstanding travel reservations, please cancel them now.

The CESG is discussing potential approaches for remote meetings and will 
provide guidance to Areas and Working Groups at a later date.

The CESG and Secretariat will keep you informed of plans in the coming 
weeks. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns at
