[Sea-time] Time Management teleconference Jan. 9

Dear all,

In the last meeting, I mentioned that there is a folder for today's conference under 2019.
And I thought this is based on some way of managing CCSDS.

That's because the Japanese fiscal year starts in April and schools and companies start in April.
In Japanese style, content is often managed as 2019 until March 2020.

I understand it was just a mistake.
