[Sea-time] Issues with SEA Time Bof

Apologies to those of you out on the web.  We have been having continuing technical difficulties in the meeting room.  I was not able to get connected to the WFi myself and have gotten kicked off once I did get connected.

We are now breaking for lunch and will reconvene at 1400 PDT.  We hope to be able to have a functioning WebEx.  Please bear with us.
