Just to be clear. This was a proposal to move the SEA-Time CCSDS Working meeting from Tues-Wed, 7-8 May to Monday, 6 May.
The telecon scheduled for 12 March is still a "Go".
Sorry for any confusion.
Peter

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [Sea-time] SEA Time BoF meeting days
Hi All,
Seems I got my schedule hosed today. Glad you carried on without me. I'm afraid that I have been more affected by my family issues than I was aware. Apologies. I'm batting 0 for 2 in this week's CCSDS telecons. Will do better.
During yesterday's JPL internal standards discussion a couple of guys noted that there is a schedule collision between the SEA Time BoF and other WG meetings they usually attend. In fact, I had the same problem because the Time BoF is scheduled overlapping with the SEA- SAWG that I also chair. Yikes!!
After looking at the whole week schedule I think that the following will work for the Time BoF meeting. Please signal acceptance or issues:
SEA Time BoF
Monday 1045-1230
Monday 1330-1730
It's not a full day, but it seems to be the best we can do. I could also meet on Tuesday with anyone who is available, but I think we need to nail down these times and get a meeting room.
Agreed? Yes or no?
Thanks, Peter
