[Sea-time] Action items from Time Code WG

Held today on March 10, 2008

1. Gilles Moury & Ed Greenberg to formulate a response to CNES 
(Jean-Marc Soula) suggesting the creation of a separate (from the 
SEA-TIME WG) BOF to develop a time and synchronization WG. This new 
WG would deal with network timing issues for space and other issues.

2. A note needs to be added upfront about The level of precision in 
the timecode fields in the Time format BB that they do not 
necessarily represent the true accuracy.
