Howie et all,

Please find hereafter a good and brief paper on Post-Quantum Cryptography,
which includes relevant recommendations.

Tanja Lange is a crypto researcher working for the Technical University of
Eindhoven (NL). She has been collaborating with Daniel J. Bernstein, a
well-known name in PQC, for a few years.

Food for thought and possible discussion at the next Fall Technical
Meeting.

Kind regards,

Ignacio
