[Sea-sa] Please review the "final" version of the ASL Green Book

I just uploaded what I hope is the final version of the Application and Support Layer (ASL) Green Book.  It is out in the CWE in this folder:

Look for the version named "ASL-ADD Draft M 19Nov19 ps-accept".  This includes all of the updates from Ramon and Roger as well as a few updates requested by one of the MOIMS reviewers.  Please give it a look and let us know if it provides adequate coverage of the topics and if it is easy enough to understand.  I'd like to catch any obvious issues before we send it out more widely.

Can I ask you to provide feedback by the end on the month, 29 Nov 2019?
