Hi Roger (and the rest of the team),

Thanks for the note, and glad to see that you are not wasting your retirement time twiddling your fingers. Hope to hear from you how you like Cuba.

Since you are one of our key guys I would be more than willing to try and work around your schedule in order to gain your participation. The same really goes for all of our team, there are not that many of us and each of you is crucial.

What dates work for you?

And for the rest of the team, if you also have windows of availability, or times when you know you will not / cannot be available please let us know. We'll try and find a time that does work for all.

Thanks, Peter

Hi Peter,

Sorry, I’ve only just realised I had not replied. I am on holiday from 14-29 November (in Cuba), so neither date works for me, I’m afraid. If you are planning another telecon in December, then perhaps it would be best just to go ahead without me.
Note that I shall also be unavailable in January (Antarctica).

Cheers,

Roger

Dear SAWG,

Attached is the updated package from Wednesday, with a few added slides that reflect additional info on the EDS and the conclusion we reached about supporting only the Green Book going forward. The plan we agreed to will be presented to the CESG and CMC this coming week.

I have identified two possible dates for the next telecom, either 15 or 22 Nov, both Tuedays. Please let me know which will work best for you.

Thanks, Peter
