[Sea-sa] CMC resolution on SOIS Silver docs

Dear SAWG,

During today's telecom one topic we discussed was the CMC approval of making the some of the SOIS Magenta Book Silver.  Please see attached, resolution 16.  There were all passed by voice vote during the CMC meeting.

See also Resolution 18 on approval of the SEA SAWG request to just produce a Green Book.
