[Sea-sa] CCSDS Reference Architetcure - telecon ... Windows 10 issues

Dear SAWG Colleagues,

A few of you reported problems with Windows 10.  Apparently this is a known problem with that OS and the new Edge browser.  They recommend using either the older Windows Explorer browser or Firefox in 32 bit mode.  The instructions for doing this may be found here:

My recommendation is that you try out what is recommended and then go to the following page and do a "Test a WebEx Meeting” session to make sure that your installaiton is working correctly.
