[Sea-ia] [SEA-all] SEA Plenary Reschedule, Friday, 1300-1700

Dear Colleagues,

Because of an unavoidable schedule conflict we are going to have to 
reschedule the SEA Plenary from the AM to the afternoon of Friday, 16 
Sept, starting at 1300.   We have also re-scheduled the SGIA BoF from 
Thursday to Friday AM, 0900-1200. The Secretariat is to do the 
necessary schedule and room re-allocations.

I hope that is is not a major inconvenience, but it was unavoidable.  
If you cannot make the later time please make sure that your WG chair 
has your inputs.

If you can please participate in the SGIA kick-off meeting.  Please 
also consider how we can all best work together to provide a well 
considered response to tis IOAG and CMC request.
