Howie, et al,

I was not thinking to try and do an SEA Plenary at all, but I do think we need to have a way to discuss what is planned and what occurred. I will still need to make an Area report to the CESG.

But let me put it to the SEA WG chairs (that would be all of you):

  1. Do you want to try and have a short "SEA Starting Plenary" Webex for an hour or two ahead of the work week?
  2. Do you want to have a short "SEA Starting Plenary" Webex for an hour or two the Monday of the work week?
  3. Do you want to have a short "SEA Wrap-up Plenary" Webex for an hour or two the Friday of the work week?
  4. Do you want to have a short "SEA Wrap-up Plenary" Webex for an hour or two the Monday after the work week?
  5. Would you prefer to just send me your "start-up" materials ahead of the meeting and your wrap-up materials the end of the last day of the work week?

I can work with any or all of these choices as long as I get to see where you are headed beforehand and where you wound up afterwards. As a way to manage this I have posted this Doodle and you can all vote. Pick one or more, but pick at least one. And there is an "if need be" option as well, just double click the cell.

Peter

Just curious, were you thinking about holding a virtual SEA plenary – either to start things off or at the end of the week to wrap things up?

Regards

howie
