[SEA-exec] SEA Plenary and other matters

Dear SEA-Exec,

I am sure that all of you have made your plans and will be at the upcoming meeting.  You are probably aware that I have been out on medical leave since December.  I am on the mend and intend to participate in the working meetings next week.

The one exception that I am aware of is that the D-DOR WG will not be meeting.  Mattia Mercolino, which has served well as the D-DOR WG chair, has changed positions and can no longer continue in this work.  As a result the D-DOR WG has agree to not meet at this time.

For the rest, please prepare your usual SEA Plenary intro presentations.  We will keep it short.
