Hi Mattia,
Thanks for the feedback. And yes, your assumption about " resolutions expected in the next 6 months" is correct. This is intended as a forecast of what to expect rather than a firm schedule that will be tracked as such.
Regards, Peter

Peter,
I think the new template looks much better. It is still easily condensable for further uses (like reporting to CESG) but gives us and you the opportunity to minute what has actually happened during the meeting.
I just have one question concerning slide 3.
The second bullet in the slide talks about resolutions expected in the next 6 months. I guess (given the bullet title) this will not be transformed into a binding action/date, but it is only intended as informative forecast. Please confirm.
Regards,
Mattia

Subject: [CESG] Updated template for WG Report to Area
Dear all,
following a "salami technique" approach,
please find attached an updated WG report template for your review
Let me have your comments by Friday 4th Nov 2016 cob. No comments by then implies you are happy with the updated template.
I will then produce a new version and distribute it to all WG Chairs for further comments
Once the cycle is finished I will continue with the Area report template
ciao
nestor
