Dear SEA WG Chairs,

Are there any particular topics for which you think that a cloud based interop testbed would be useful?  Would you welcome this or would it just cause problems or added work?  Are there considerations you would identify in the use of such a facility?  Please provide by COB Tuesday, 10 March.
