Peter

Was the "final" strategic plan published? I had seen drafts but don't remember seeing the final version and can't find it in the pubs section of the CCSDS web site.

Thanks
Howie

Dear SEA WG Chairs,

In the Strategic Plan a number of future looking items were entered for many of the working groups. These are things you plan to do but do not yet have the commited resources to start. The CMC has asked that these items be placed into the Project framework so that this better shows both what we are now working on and what we hope to start in the future.

Please go into the Project Framework and add any of these future projects so that anything in the Strategic Plan, and any other new tasks you believe are essential to your work, are included.

Thanks, Peter

Greetings CMC colleagues. I hope everyone is having a good Summer.

The Secretariat has finished the setup of the CWE Framework to include start dates in the Framework, and the next step is for the working teams to start including future projects that have not yet started. They will start doing that soon, so you may see some activity related to that. This will provide better ability to review schedule changes (not reviewing slips to projects that have not yet started) and a better sync with our Strategic Plan.

This note is just for your information. No action required.

Best regards,

   -=- Mike
