Peter,
In DDOR WG over the past decade, the Book Editor has maintained custody of the draft and RID resolutions for each project. Now that you have pointed out the Document folder in CWE, we will start using this folder to hold drafts. I just uploaded the draft MB on Architecture. I will upload the draft RDEF BB-2 and draft OPS MB-3 when I obtain a copy from the assigned Editor. The Minutes of the Meeting in the Meetings Material area in CWE has the status of each DDOR project.
The work on PN DOR will be published in an RF&Mod BB. The review copy, RIDs, and RID resolutions are kept by RF&Mod, not DDOR. DDOR has no books of its own in Agency Review at this time. There are no outstanding RIDs for DDOR books.
Regards,
Jim

Subject: State of the SEA D-DOR CWE page
Hi Jim,
I am pulling together the SEA Area presentations for the CESG and CMC. The CMC one is usually brief, and to the point. I like to make the CESG one somewhat more informative, so I was looking for a new / updated figure I could use to inform the CESG of what is going on in your WG.
I may just not know where to look, but I dug through the CCSDS CWE looking for any recent documents. All of the Draft Documents folder seem to contain information that dates back to 2010, ten years ago, when Roberto Madde was the chair. Since then we have had Matteo Mercolino and now you as the chair. And a few docs have been published, but the only evidence that I am finding seems to be in the Meeting Materials, and these appears to be only that, meeting materials, agendas, agency reports, and such.
This brings up questions for me like:
* Where are the draft docs that are in work being kept?
* Where are the final RB drafts for those standards that were being readied for publication?
* Where are the RID and PID resolutions from those documents that have gone through review?
I must take responsibility for not looking into this sooner. I know that you are a small team of experts, and I know that you have been doing great work, so that is not in question. But it appears that the drafts, and evidence of the rest of the process, are somehow either missing or stored somewhere else.
Please help me out by either pointing me to the right place or fixing this lapse.
Thanks, Peter
