line for CCSDS Agency review:

       CCSDS 141.1-R-1.  Atmospheric Characterization and Forecasting
                         for Optical Link Operations.  Red Book.
                         Issue 1.  August 2020.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Practice provides a set 
of recommendations to facilitate interagency collection of 
atmospheric data and characterization of atmospheric parameters that 
affect space-to-ground free-space optical communications.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 20 October 2020.  More information is available at the
