The following draft CCSDS Recommended Practice has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

     CCSDS 851.0-P-1.1.  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services--
                         Subnetwork Packet Service.  Pink Book.
                         Issue 1.1.  March 2019.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Recommended Practice defines the services 
and service interfaces provided by the Spacecraft Onboard Interface 
Services (SOIS) Subnetwork Packet Service. The current draft update 
adds compatibility with SOIS Electronic Data Sheet (SEDS) along with 
improvements and clarifications..

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 3 May 2019.  More information is available at the Web 
site identified below.
