line for CCSDS Agency review:

       CCSDS 766.3-R-1.  Specification for RTP as Transport for Audio
                         and Video over DTN.  Red Book.  Issue 1.
                         December 2019.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard specifies 
methods for transmission of audio and video over Delay/Disruption 
Tolerant Networking (DTN) using Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 6 March 2020.  More information is available at the 
Web site identified below.
