DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard defines the Mission Operations (MO) Common Services in terms of the Common Object Model (COM) and the Message Abstraction Layer (MAL).

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review Coordinator is 12 February 2018.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
