[MOIMS] WG reports to MOIMS

Dear MOIMSer leaders,

this mail is to organise the MOIMS/WG reports to MOIMS meeting.

We propose the following two options:
Fri 28.5 at 15:00 (preferred)
Mon 31.5 at 16:00.

Please indicate urgently (before Wed eob) your preferred date. At least 
one of the two WG leaders should attend. WG members can also attend if 
they wish so.

Since there are new leaders, please find attached also the template to 
generate your report.
