[MOIMS] MP&S Chair nomination

Dear CMC members,

Following the recent nomination of Mehran Sarkarati (ESA) as chair of the 
Spacecraft Monitor & Control working group (SM&C WG), ESA anticipated that 
"in case of success of this nomination, Mehran will step down from the 
chairmanship of the Mission Planning & Scheduling WG, which he currently 
covers."

Based on this and in accordance with the CCSDS Organization and Processes, 
CCSDS A02.1-Y-4, Sec 2.3.3.4, in my function of MOIMS Area Director, I 
kindly ask the CCSDS member agencies for candidates for the position of 
chair of the Mission Planning & Scheduling WG (MP&S WG).

Suitable candidates should have familiarity with the topic, processes, and 
standards. Please provide me with your candidate, if any, by 12Apr2021.

Let me also take this opportunity to thank Mehran for his outstanding 
contribution to the CCSDS in general and to the MP&S WG in particular.
