Resolution MOIMS-NAV WG-R-2021-02-002: Approval to publish the Blue Book 
CCSDS 505.0 v2, XML SPECIFICATION FOR NAVIGATION DATA MESSAGES
The MOIMS AD,

CONSIDERING that the book XML SPECIFICATION FOR NAVIGATION DATA MESSAGES 
(505.0) is a published CCSDS blue book that needed revision and that it is 
a chartered project of the NAV WG and has undergone Agency Review,

RECOGNIZING that the book has been updated in accordance with the Agency 
Review RID dispositions in agreement with the RID authors,

and RECOGNIZING that the recommendations have been successfully 
prototyped,

REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the polls to publish the 
recommendation as a CCSDS Blue Book.

1.      Updated recommendation (with change bars)


2.      Consolidated list of received RIDs and their disposition


3.      Yellow Book with the result of the prototyping
