MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2021-02-001: Resolution to nominate chair and deputy chair 
of the Spacecraft Monitor & Control WG 

The MOIMS AD

CONSIDERING that all CCSDS member Agencies have been asked to provide 
candidates for the position of Spacecraft Monitor & Control WG chair and 
deputy chair;

CONSIDERING that the following two candidacies have been received: 
WG chair: Mehran Sarkarati (ESA), 
WG deputy chair: Scott Reeves (NASA);

RECOGNISING that both candidates have strong background and experience in 
Spacecraft Monitor & Control (see attached relevant information);

RECOMMENDS that Mehran is nominated chair and Scott deputy chair, and that 
the Secretariat initiates the required CESG poll.
