[MOIMS] MOIMS Closing Plenary at NIST

Dear MOIMS leaders,

please find below a request from Dan to anticipate the MOIMS closing 
plenary on Friday 13Apr currently scheduled 16:00-17:30. I have no 
objection, but I would like make sure it does not conflict with your 
schedule. Could you please let me know if it would be OK to start, say at 
13:30? If not, please let me know your preferred earliest start time.

I am trying to finalize the SM&C agenda for the Spring meeting.
 
I see the MOIMS Closing Plenary is scheduled from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.  I 
think we need to be off the NIST grounds by 6:00.  Would it make more 
sense to start a little earlier so we can run late if we need to?  If you 
think we will only need an hour to wrap up then everything is fine.
 
Also, we may try something new.  Thursday we will have those that are 
interested attend the Planning and Scheduling WG.  The rest of us will 
work on actual document writing and action item resolutions ? probably in 
small groups.  NIST has several open areas where the small teams can sit.
