NAV: Baseline usage of last version of Word as document editing tool 
(.docx)

>> MP&S:  This could be a problem, since the agency baselines maybe not as 
fast as the last version. Instead of the last version, it shall ask for 
not more than 2 versions behind the last version

>> We agree with SM&C input wrt standard styles and ToC in templates. This 
facilitates the use of other collaborative editing tools such as Google 
Docs by the WGs.

>> Accept native UML diagrams from a set of defined modelling tools 
(explicitly including EA) instead of requesting the author to convert them 
to vector graphics

Use Word automatic numbered lists instead of bookmarks

?Facilitates/automates the introduction of new item in the lists (e.g. 
requirements 
?Minimise everyone?s work: WG -> CTE -> AR -> WG
