Baseline usage of last version of Word as document editing tool (.docx)
?Ensure long term maintainability of document native format
?Make it compatible to internal Agency Office upgrade policy
?Upgrade to new MS Equation Editor of MS Office 2016 (not backward 
compatible)

SM&C:
Use Word automatic numbered lists instead of bookmarks
?Facilitates/automates the introduction of new item in the lists (e.g. 
requirements
?Minimise everyone?s work: WG -> CTE -> AR -> WG
