[MOIMS] Updating Books after Agency Review

Dear all,

I would like to underline a discussion that took place in the CESG (see 
MoM):

"CTE noted that some WG books submitted for publication were updated with 
the outcome of the AR not taking as starting point the RB master book 
(Word Version updated and submitted for AR by the CTE). This is 
inefficient and makes added work for the CTE to track changes across 
multiple versions. It was agreed that when calling for AR, the CTE will 
deliver to the WG technical editor a clean and a tracked version of  the 
master book indicating that it is the starting point for any update 
stemming from the AR "

Please make sure that any agreed change coming from the Agency Review is 
implemented on top of the RB Master book (i.e. Tom Gannet's version that 
he put out for AR). 

This makes sense and I am surprised that it is not systematically done. 
Please pass this note to anyone in your WG who has book captain/editor 
responisbility.
