MOIMS-SM&C WG-R-2017-01-003: Resolution to confirm Prototype 2 commitments 


The MOIMS AD

CONSIDERING that Prototype 2 commitment for the following approved project 
has been only informally announced

·       CCSDS 524.3 Mission Operations - Mission Operations - Message 
Abstraction Layer Binding to HTTP Transport and XML Encoding

and RECOGNISING that adequate resources for Prototype 2 have been agreed 
by NASA/JPL,
 
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate the CMC poll for formal 
confirmation of the commitment by NASA.
