[MOIMS] MOIMS plenaries

Regarding the Plenary schedule... the Monday schedule looks fine to me.  For the Closing Plenary, however, I wonder if we'll be conflicting with the SANA Steering Group meeting (?). According to Nick's early schedule, it's 1330-1600 on Friday. Given the SANA Re-Engineering effort, I was planning to attend; Peter's plans will affect ALL Working Groups in a big way I think. I think MOIMS Closing Plenary should be later, say 1600-1730 on Friday.

Subject: [MOIMS] MOIMS plenaries

Dear MOIMS WG leaders,

I would like to schedule the MOIMS plenaries so that you can plan your meetings accordingly, including arranging your return flight, if so desired. I propose the following:

  *   Monday 04Apr16 09h45-10h45: MOIMS Opening Plenary (most likely it will be shorter, but for the time being let's use the "standard' schedule)

  *   Friday 08Apr16 13h00-15h00: MOIMS Closing Plenary

Any problem with the above schedule?

For the Monday plenary, is there any cross-WG matter that you would like to be included in the agenda?
